He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bunyon Vickery and Bertha Walters Vickery; and his former wife Edna Webster Vickery. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Miller Vickery; his daughter Sue; his son-in-law Donald Croker of Cedar Bluff; his stepdaughter Debbie Teal of Lawrenceville, Georgia.; his grandsons, John Gabriel Croker and Donald "Jack" Croker, Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Lee, Jennifer Dobbs and Nicole Castano; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Jonathan and Memphis Croker; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lettie, Elsie Castano, Brooklyn Lee, Summer and Micah Dobbs.
