He was predeceased by: his wife Marcina; his parents, Annie Lucile Bradford and Johnny Phillips, Jr.; and his brother Jerral Bernard Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Jason Phillips (Amanda) of Powder Springs and Lauren Bolin (Matthew) of Villa Rica; his siblings, Jacklin Elizabeth Morgan (Len) and Joel Phillips (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Kinedy, Olivia, Judd, Liam and Jake.
