He was predeceased by: his wife Odell Fossett; and his siblings, Tommy Fossett and Carolyn Yeager. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Fossett, Allen Fossett (Faith), Bruce Fossett (Vickie) and Chris Fossett (Tracy); his siblings, Larry Fossett and Patsy Shahan; his grandchildren, Tory, Courtney, Matthew (Miranda), Hayden, Mackenzie (Tucker), Hunter (Marie), Hanleigh and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Brinley, Jude and Marlowe.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Mayes Ward-Dobbins Macland Chapel (3940 Macland Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
