He was predeceased by: his parents, Erich Layton McInnis Jr. and Bonnie Ruth Reed McInnis. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Ann Sager; his daughters, Erica Laine McInnis and Melissa Nicole Torrez (Antonio Villeda Torrez Jr.); his grandchildren, Amiyah Jeanette Torrez, Layton Maverick Torrez and Maddox Cruz Torrez; his daughter Jennifer Rae Hogan (Nicholas Scott Hogan); his grandchildren, Brecken Cole Hogan and Adelyn Rae Hogan; his sister Andrea Cheryl Gibson (Blake Harden Gibson); his nephew Will Payton Gibson (Cassidy Rose Gibson); his sister Kimberly Ruth Wolfe (Mitchell Brady Wolfe); and his nieces and nephews, Lee Mitchell Wolfe, Rebecca Grace Wolfe and Kristin Faith Wolfe.
