While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips; his daughter Tammy Cole (Jeff) of Dallas, GA; his siblings, Frances Heath of Ellaville, GA and Benny Phillips (Alice) of Dawsonville, GA; his sister-in-law Brenda Phillips; and his grandchildren, Jackson Pike, Luke Pike and Chloe Cole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Flowers are appreciated, or donations may be made in Earl's memory to The American Kidney Foundation or Wellstar Community Hospice.
