He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Harper and Joan Harper. He is survived by: his brothers, Leonard Harper of Powder Springs and Matthew Harper; his nieces, Ravyn Harper and Asher Harper; and also Zane Harper.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (4780 Flint Hill Rd SW, Austell, GA 30106). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Charles's honor to The American Kidney Fund (https://www.kidneyfund.org), or The Roosevelt Warm Springs Development Fund (http://rwsdevelopmentfund.org.).
