He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Brannan; his sons, Bret Brannan and Beau Brannan (Kari); his brother Greg Brannan; and his granddaughters, Katelyn Brannan and Brooklyn Brannan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mayes Ward-Dobbins Macland Chapel (3940 Macland Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (87 Lacy St NW, Marietta, GA 30060-1111).
