He was predeceased by: his father Dean Hartley Atkinson. He is survived by: his daughters, Haley and Jordan Atkinson (Sandra Miner Moore); his grandchild Sydney Moore; his mother Cammie Atkinson; his brother Zack Atkinson (Diane); his niece Lauren Atkinson; and the mothers of children, Julie Jameson and Hartley.
