He is survived by: his wife Louise Dungy Proctor (Louise); his sister Mary Jane Collins (Colonel Ray Collins) of Ozark, Alabama; and his children, Joanna Peterson (Bill) of Marietta, Georgia and Lynn Proctor of Decatur, Alabama..
