Hall of Hayesville, NC; his siblings, Ernest Hall, Jr. (Wanda) of Lake Wedowee, AL, Charles Hall (Jackie) of Lillian, AL, Timothy Hall (Caroline) of Avondale Estates, GA, Patricia Moore of Brookhaven, GA and Elizabeth Dayton (Mitchell) of Hiawassee, GA; his granddaughter Emma Ann Hall of Buchanan, GA.; his wife Deborah Hall; his father Ernest Hall, Sr.; and his brother Alan Hall. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
