He is survived by: his wife Geneva Parker Causey of Poulan; his daughter Rewa Cook (Joey) of Poulan; his grandchildren, Candace Rebekah Cook, Wes Cook and Chloe Cook; his brother Charles Causey (Beth) of Columbus, GA; and his sister-in-law Bea Causey of Poulan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
