He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Verna Strong of Poulan; his daughters, Kenna Smith, Kelly Strong (Phil Maxwell) of Freeport Fl and Kayelynn Simpson (Phillip); his grandchildren, Kenn Smith (Allie), Michael Simpson (Kayla), William Simpson, Sarah Williams (Kris), Sandra Carns (Marc) and Ryan Maxwell; his great grandchildren, Alex Williams, Morgan Williams, Vincent Rogers, Kaylee Simpson, Jacob Williams, Leia Smith, Michael Carns, Alyssa Simpson, Lauren Carns and Luke Simpson; and his sisters, Gloria Platt and Mary Lee Waylett (Skip). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
