He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Eugene and Romer Franklin Blalock. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Suggs Blalock of Poulan; his children, Patricia Dyess (Terry) of Doerun, Angie Brock (Greg) of Sumner, Donna Crosby (Leon) of Poulan and Jamie Blalock (Kelly) of Sylvester; and his grandchildren, Jason Blalock, Cody Dyess, Corey Dyess, Jessica Dyess, Zachary Jackson and Josh.
