He is survived by: his wife Wanda Whittington Webb; his children, Frederick Leroy Webb Jr. (Melinda) and Dawn W Land (Matt); his daughter-in-law Aimee Poole Webb; his grandchildren, James Stefan Webb, Blaine Jones Webb, Ivey Rhiannon Webb, Frederick Skylor Webb, Cameron Taylor Land and Shawn Kaleb Webb; and his sister Alice Webb Powell.
