It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise Thornhill Herbert (Poulan, Georgia), who passed away on February 9, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Griggs and Edith Coulter Thornhill; her sister Hazel; her brother-in-law Hubert Champion; her brother Ralph; and her sister-in-law Betty Thornhill.
She is survived by: her children, William Neal Gay of Sylvester, Patricia Lynn Barfield (Robert) of Poulan, Sharon Elaine Miller (Mike) of Louisiana and Eloise Anna Hood of Moultrie. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
