He is survived by: his grandparents, Elbert "Tom" and Sheila Douglas; his father Chad Douglas; his brother Chase Douglas; his aunts, Kandice Mathis (Brad) and Amanda Mathis (Taylor Willey) of Orlando, FL; his cousin Liam Mathis; and his grandparents, Sue and Lyndon Bruckerhoff of Cairo, GA. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
