The memory of Rick Daniel of Porterdale, Georgia, who passed away on March 6, 2025 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Daniel and Erma Daniel; and his siblings, Wanda, Allen and Lynn.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Daniel; his daughter Stephanie; his son-in-law Troy Phillips; his son Stephen; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Daniel; his grandchildren, Audrey Rhodes (Levi), Daniel Phillips (Kaitlynn) and Elizabella Daniel; his great grandchild Scarlett Rhodes; and his siblings, Larry, Sherrie and Benita. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and many close friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at the Lawnwood Memorial Park (1111 Access Rd, Covington, GA 30014).
