She is survived by: her husband James Howard Stephens; her children, Ron Stephens (Janice), Sara Black (Bill) and Tony Stephens (Janet); and her siblings, Mertice Howell and Roy Spivey. She is also survived by six grandchildren & five great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
