He is survived by: his close friend Ted Cardwell; his wife Starla; his children, Travis Heath (Alyssa), Sabrina Eubanks (Chris) and Ashley Howerton (Roman); his stepson Jayson Phillips; his grandchildren, Payton Heath, Willow Heath, Thachariah Heath, Oliver Heath, Nichole Nix, Jonathan Nix, Rhealynne Eubanks and Ethan Tanner; and his siblings, Lane Heath, Sandra Hubbard (James), Patricia Crosby (Jeff), Lance Heath (Rusanne), Michelle Nettles and Amanda Bennett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
