He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Henry and Emma Washington Williams; and his brother Joshua Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Lee Washington Williams of Savannah; his children, James Williams II of Savannah, Michael Williams (Takeesha) of Augusta, John Williams of Savannah, Alfred Williams (CeCeilia) of Charlotte, NC, Calvin Williams of Savannah, Kimberly Williams-Leslie of Savannah and Samantha Williams of Charlotte, NC; and his siblings, Juerlene Williams of Savannah, Jessica Beckett (John) of Fayetteville, GA, Jeremiah Williams (Linda) of Savannah and Jonathan Williams (Joyce) of Albany, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
