She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon B. Blalock and Ada Sapp Blalock; and her husband Rantz M. Zipperer. She is survived by: her children, Rantz M. "Tiny" Zipperer, Jr. (Judy), Donna Zipperer and Angela Zipperer (Steve Cox); her grandchildren, Ricky Garland, Jason Zipperer, David "Bo" Zipperer, Randi Zipperer Wilson, Mark Zipperer and Kailey Kitchings Mobley; and her siblings, Evelyn Lanier, Shirley Taylor and Johnny Blalock. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
