He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Gordon and Elizabeth Into Gordon; and his brothers, George Gordon and Charles Gordon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gordon; his sons, William Daniel Gordon, Jr. and Rayford Gordon; his grandchildren, William Randall Gordon, Dylan Conner Gordon and Rachel England; and his siblings, Richard Gordon, Cecil Gordon and Elizabeth Howard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
