She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Persinger and Dorothea Persinger; and her husband Wayne Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Grace Phillips; her sister Dianne Persinger; and her uncle Jimmy Reamy of Virginia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
