With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Bamburg of Pooler, Georgia, who passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hickman L. Bamburg, Jr.; her parents, Harrie Earl McDonald, Sr. and Sarah Helen Barrow McDonald; her sisters, Sarah Carolyn McDonald Buttersworth and Nancy Earleen McDonald O'Brien; her brother-in-law Raymond O'Brien; and her son Hickman L. "Trey" Bamburg, III.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Bamburg (Brandi) and Kim Bamburg Long (Tommy); her siblings, Sherry McDonald Harrelson (Kenny), Brenda McDonald Collins (Jesse) and Harrie Earl McDonald, Jr. (Barbara); her grandchildren, Bracen Bamburg, Baylon Bamburg, C. J. B. McCluskey, Chelsea B. Rice, Ryan Smith and David Cole Jacobs; and her great grandchild Haven Smith (Patti Jacobs) of Ryan Smith, JR.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many cousins.
