He is survived by: his wife Regina M. Ruiz; his stepchildren, Cheryl Perine, Chuck Hess, Lisa Coonrod and Regina Suzanne Martin; and his siblings, Elias Ruiz, Johnny Ruiz, Ruth Menheim and Judy Ruiz. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
