He was predeceased by: his father Julio Ortiz Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Lilli-Anne Ortiz; his mother Aida Ortiz; his siblings, Caroline, Cindy and Michael Ortiz; and his nieces, Brianna and Tayla Hall. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends.
