She was predeceased by: her parents, Eustace Carter and Georgia Carter. She is survived by: her husband Carl Manson Nelson; her sons, Carl Manson Nelson, Jr. and Bruce Jacob Nelson (Ava); her granddaughters, Audrey Hauser (Chris) and Casey Butler (Chris); her great grandchild Bailey Hauser; and her siblings, Randee Powell (Richard) and Cliff Carter (Jonette). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
