It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Carolyn McCallar (Pooler, Georgia), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gus Roberts and Frances Roberts; her children, Charles "Chuck" Edward McCallar Jr. (Martha Kilpatrick McCallar) and Laura Lynn Sartain (Tim Sartain); her husband Charles Edward McCallar Sr.; her brother-in-law Herschel McCallar; and her grandchildren, Charles Jared McCallar, Justin Alexander McCallar, Caitlin Ann McCallar and Nicolle Summer Sartain.
A memorial service will be planned at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at a later date due to coronavirus concerns.
