He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin D. Swindell and Marian Sharpe Swindell. He is survived by: his wife Betty B. Swindell; his children, Debra Woodyard (Ron) and Stephen Swindell (Lynda); his grandchildren, Russell Woodyard, Michael Woodyard, Lauren Daniels, Bryce Swindell, Tyler Swindell, Sarah Swindell and Emily Swindell; and his great grandchildren, Taegan Woodyard, Evie Woodyard, Owen Woodyard and Harrison Daniels.
In lieu of flowers remembrances may be given to Rothwell Baptist Church, 216 Rothwell Street, Pooler, GA 31322.
