She was predeceased by: her parents, Albertha Young and Walter Young; her former husband Harry Baker, Sr.; and her siblings, Ethel, Evelyn, Walter, Leon, Joe Nathan and O'Neal.
She is survived by: her husband Cardell 'Babe Parker; her children, Diane Baker of New York, Debra Temple (James), H. Michelle Baker, Harry Baker, Jr. (A. Michelle), Faye Massey (Raymond), Dennis L. Parker, Sr., Darrell Parker, Sr. (Sonia), Derrick Parker, Sr. (Maggie) and Detra L. Parker; her nephew Freddie Young (Lillie); her niece Shelia Golden (Hubert); her goddaughter Latesha 'Dollbaby Robinson of Savannah; and her grandchild Fifty. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
On Sundays, she would gather neighborhood children and take them to Sunday School to lay the foundation for love and reverence for God.
