She was predeceased by: her parents, DeLacy W. Trowell, Sr. and Cleo Joyner Trowell; and her siblings, Dale Trowell, Mary Sue Trowell and DeLacy W. Trowell, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband David P. Fogle; her sons, David Paul Fogle, Jr. (Tiffany) and Shawn Christopher Edwards (April); her grandsons, Bane A. Fogle and Randy Paul Edwards; and her siblings, Nancy Windsor and Randy Trowell (Debbie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
