He is survived by: his wife Kaye Cowart Salter of Black Creek; his daughter-in-law Tim Salter; his daughter Caitlin Lovejoy of Wilmington Island; his son-in-law Chris Lovejoy of Wilmington Island; his sister-in-law Alton Salter; his sister Judy VanGiller of Black Creek; his brother-in-law Robert VanGiller of Black Creek; his grandchildren, Austin Salter, Preston Salter and Gwendolyn Lovejoy; and also, Priscilla Salter of Pooler, Eli Salter of Black Creek, Brenda Salter of Darien and Kenny Salter of Guyton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
