He was predeceased by: his parents, Corley D. Outen and Edna M. Outen; his brother Ronnie Outen; his niece Michelle Outen; and his great grandchild Nathan Cooler.
He is survived by: his children, Renea, Lisa, Jay and Wess; his brother Gary Outen; his grandchildren, Josh, Alyssa, Justin, Jonathan, Brannon, Tyler, Jason, Colt, Sarah and Jessie; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Alexis, Bentley, Parker, Lily, Evelyn, Lukas, Ava and Isaiah; and the mother of his children Donna S. Outen.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel (2794 US-80, Garden City, GA 31408).
