He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Whited; his daughters, Theresa Fleming (David) and Tonya Hooks (Lance); his grandchildren, Brenton Hooks (Delaina), Tyler Hooks (Megan), Ryan Fleming (Sarah Kathryn), Jessica Francois (Brandon) and Alex Hooks (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Marina Hooks, Reid Fleming and Layla Hooks.
