Smith, Jr.; her granddaughter Kimberly Johnson (Brad); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Evan and Eric; her granddaughter Hollie Hart (Jeff); her great grandchild Holden; her grandsons, John Miller and Randy Miller; her niece Tina Alexander (William); her great-niece Amber Blackburn (Phillip); and also, Bill Alexander (Hollie), Cindy Allen (Tony), Shelley Eskew (Brandon), Rachael Waters, Laney Waters and Penny.
