She is survived by: her parent Hallie Shuman Rogers Hinely; her daughters, Beth Koobs of Woodland, CA and Becca Galloway (Brandon) of Pooler, GA; her grandchildren, Alex Koobs of Sacramento, CA, Jackson Koobs of Woodland, CA, Nathan Koobs of Longview, WA and Brielle Galloway of Pooler, GA; her stepson Robert E. Rowan, Jr. of Florida; and her sisters, Jan Thackston of Clermont, FL and Jackie Rogers of Taylors, SC. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
