She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill Stanley and Addie Carroll Stanley; and her husband Moses Ezekiel "Zeke" Hazelwood, as well as grandchildren Donna and Mitchell Howard. She is survived by : her children, Janet Howard, Debra and Michael Walraven, and Michael and Patricia Hazelwood. Grandchildren William Howard, Angie Ray, Becky Lawler, and Dena Withrow. Great grandchildren Miles, Zeke Kelby, Alaina, and Emily.
