He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy P. Harris, Sr. and Bammie Cantrell Harris; his wife Betty Moore Harris; his brothers, Clifford Harris (Betty) and Fred Harris (Opal); his stepsister Pauline Stone (Fred); and his grandson Ricky L. Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Harris of Plainville, GA, Bobby Harris, Sr. (Debbie) of Plainville, GA and Linda Harris Carey (Toby) of Monroe, GA; and his grandchildren, Laurie Harris Lacey of Bobby Harris, JR, Tim Harris, Derek Harris, Duane Harris, Daniel Young, Dawn Cravens and Dallas Franklin. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and three nieces.
