We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2020, at the age of 89, Mildred Octavie Clark of Plainville, Georgia, born in Adairsville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith Evans and Emily Cook Evans; her husband Eugene Clark; her daughter Dimple Lois Myrick Clark; her grandsons, Charles Evans and Keith Evans; her great grandchild Ava McCormick; and her siblings, Franklin, Raymond, Roy, Donald, J. S. Evans, Fannie Lou Hall, Ada Smith and Nellie Jo Graham.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Evans (Anna), Alfred Hall (Linda), Cary Hall (Teresa), Joseph Clark, Dianne Hicks (Edward), Hazel Towe (Shane), Donna Turner (Philip), Vivian Stockbridge (Enos), Arlene Dasher (Tim) and Ondrea Thoreson; and her siblings, Dow Evans, Fred Evans, Jerry Evans, Frances Withrow and Bobbie White. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
Following Covid19 guidelines with social distancing, Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville with Reverends Derek Hall, Andrew Campbell, and Larry Towe officiating.
