He is survived by: his son Jeff; his wife Cynthia Faye Rogers Headrick; his children, Andrea Headrick Clark (Keith) of Plainville and Jeffrey Owen Headrick (Sandy) of Rome; his grandchildren, Austin Headrick (Jasmine) of Rome, Gracie Headrick of Rome, Bella Headrick of Rome, Hannah Clark of Plainville and Michaela Clark (Jeff) of West Virginia; his great grandchild Mason of West Virginia; and his nephews, Steve (Judy), Joe and Alan Conine of Alabama. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
