He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Cleveland "G. C." and Edna Fowler Manning; his wife Betty Jane Manning; his children, Menissa Manning and Jason Manning; and his sister Linda Faye Rochester.
He is survived by: his children, Celena Miller, Kevin and Alicia Manning; his grandchildren, Cambria, Jacob, Justus, Leah, Danielle and Luke; his sister Annie Ruth; and his close friend Linda Whitfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
