He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Smith and Doris Smith; his granddaughter Brittany Smith; and his great grandchild Chanse. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Smith of Plainville, GA; his sons, Jack Smith (Robin) of Temple, GA, Tony Smith (Melanie) and Brian Smith (Tammy); his stepchildren, James B. Dodson (Charity), Cottonwood Heights and Megan VanWagenen; and his brother Dennis Winston Smith (Pam) of Lithia Springs, GA.
