It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Baxter Prater of Plainville, Georgia, born in Gordon, Georgia, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Jane Fuller Prater; his sons, Chris Frix (Rhonda) and Charles B. Prater Jr. (Kristin); and his grandchildren, Drake Frix and Tigger Frix.
