She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Holloway and Gwendolyn Cloninger; her daughter Robbin Carter; and her siblings, Steve Holloway and Susan Carney.
She is survived by: her husband Rex Carter; her son Brian Carter; and her brother Mark Holloway. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
