With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Burgess Moss Sr. of Plains, Georgia, who passed away on January 20, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Weaver Moss and Allene Moss. He is survived by: his wife Betty H. Moss; his children, Robert B. Moss, Jr. (Marianne), Linda Moss Cannon and Jeffrey N. Moss (Camille); and his grandchildren, Courtney Moss Rauls (Andy), Ashley Moss Meador (Mike), Catharine Moss Brannan (Glenn), Mallory Susanne Moss, Jeffrey "Jay" N. Moss, Jr. (Katy), Brett Cannon and Daniel Cannon (Paige). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Plains Methodist Church.
