She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Sylvester Phillips and Essie Mae Stringfellow Phillips; her husband Millard M. "Mill" Jennings; her daughters, Millie Jennings and Phyllis Murray; and her siblings, Etta Walters, Stella Daniels, Lorice Hammond, Doris Christian, Marie Griffin, Raymond Phillips and Calvin Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail Cresswell (Bob Grossman); her grandchildren, Kenneth Murray (Lorena), Brett Murray (Juana) and Tanya Zehnder (John); and her great grandchildren, Kate Murray, Hannah Murray, Jack Zehnder, Matthew Zehnder and Ava Zehnder. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
