It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Louise Adkins (Plains, Georgia), born in Lumber City, Georgia, who passed away on July 20, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ishmael Stanford and Lora Stanford; and her daughters, Lora Wiseman and Glenda Wells. She is survived by: her siblings, Loraine Jones of Plains and Howard Stanford Sr. of Americus; her son-in-law Jeff Wiseman; and her grandchildren, Aimee, Darrell Clower, Winn, Hannah Marchbanks, Christopher and Lindi Wright. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
