He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bagwell of Plains; his children, Brad Bagwell (Betsy) of Atlanta and Victoria Kelley (Travis) of Americus; his grandchildren, Brooks, William, Bradford Bagwell of Atlanta, Max, Samuel, Howell, Thomas Kelley of Americus and Anne Louise Bagwell of Atlanta; his nephew Mill Simmons (Gloria) of Plains; his great-niece Paige Simmons (Kathy) of Plains; his great-nephew Rhett Simmons (Jessi) of Americus; and also, Milly Simmons of Americus and Viola Patillo (Pearl) of Plains.
