She is survived by: her children, Michael Hazel of Knoxville, TN, Mark Hazel of Punta Gorda, Michelle Phagan of Gainesville and Melinda Harn of Savannah; and her siblings, Wayne Lawhorn of Chancellor and Ginger Peterman of Seville.
