It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary E. Bissette of Pitts, Georgia, who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Elder and Leady McBryant Elder; her husband Billy Bissette; her siblings, Harvey Elder, Grace Hattaway and Jane Brown; and her stepfather William Bissette.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Pope (Bobby) and Randy Bissette (Terrie); her grandchildren, Robby Pope (Wendy), Lorie Goss (Danny), Nathan Bissette (Nicole) and Heather Bissette (Jen); her great grandchildren, Matt Goss (Mandy), Kyle Goss (Emily), Tyler Goss (Jade), Luke Goss, Morgan Pope (Wanda), Mollie Pope, Mason Pope (Brittany), Skyler Phagan (Taylor), Raven Bissette, Olivia and River Bissette; her great great grandchildren, Parker Pope, Silas, Ellie Griffin, Elyza Goss, Shelby Phagan, Ada Rose Phagan, Murphie Simmons, Stella Kate, Dawson, Ace and Pyper Pope; and also Sharon Sanders (Bill).
